The Laurel is home to residents from all walks of life, including many Syracuse University athletes. Judah Mintz is a Syracuse University athlete and Laurel ambassador living with us for the fall 2023-2024 season.

The Laurel's private on-site parking garage offers surface and covered parking. Parking spots are reserved on a first come basis and are now being leased. We will also have a shuttle that will take our residents to and from Syracuse University's campus
I love the full renovations that new owners have made to the property. The new Management is great and Miguel has been really helpful with any issues in the property. Thank you for making my home beautiful. I will highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home.

The property Hammocks area is a great amenity to relax and fall asleep. The pool is always clean and ready to use. I love the dog park size and location. Miguel is always ready to help me and my family with any issues or concerns about my apartment.

The Nest is a beautiful, quiet place to live, affordable community, close to everything in town, and stupendous and attentive management. Having Miguel in the office has made all the difference. Whenever I have had an issue come up he is always there to make sure that it is handled promptly.
